Since we just started testing, there is likelihood your inquiry may not get answered because there are presently not enough advisors in the network - we provided you with this warning as a courtesy, so you do not expend your valuable time and effort on an inquiry that may not be fulfilled.
However, you are welcome to continue, but we cannot assure you that your inquiry will get answered in a timely manner. With respect to your need for privacy as well as getting your questions answered promptly, we will not "hold" any inquiries past the customary response period of 45 minutes.
